Returns
If you return an item without a RAC (Return Authorization Code), the package will be refused and returned to you at your cost.
Please email us and wait for a response before you ship.
Sazz Vintage Return Policy:
- Items may be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY!
- Sazz Vintage must be notified by email within 4 days of your receiving the item.
- We will reply within 24 hours and provide the RAC.
- The item must be back in our hands within 14 days of your receiving it.
- The item must be in the condition in which it was shipped, with all tags still attached.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items are not returnable.
- Ugly Xmas sweaters are not returnable.
- Shoes are not returnable.
- The $30 and $60 Disco Outfits are not returnable.
There is a 10% restocking fee for all canceled orders.
Sazz Vintage Clothing reserves the right to refuse any return if any, or all, of the above conditions are not met.
If we made a mistake (such as measuring wrong), we will offer a refund. But if the mistake was yours (you did not measure yoursef), then you can exchange the item.
